信用證項(xiàng)下：買方接到賣方根據(jù)第十三條規(guī)定所發(fā)出的裝運(yùn)通知后，在裝船前天內(nèi)，開出與合同總值等值的以賣方為受益人的不可撤消的即期信用證。（Under Letter of Credit: The Buyers upon receipt from the Sellers of the delivery advice specified in Clause 13 hereof .shall days prior to the date of delivery. Open an irrevocable letter Of credit at sight with in favor of the Sellers ,for the total value of shipment. ）

直接付款：買方收到賣方根據(jù)第十條規(guī)定所發(fā)出的裝船單據(jù)后天內(nèi)，將貨款電匯或信匯給賣方。（By Direct Remittance: Payment shall be effected by the Buyers ,by T/T or M/T, with in days after receipt from the Sellers of the shipping documents specified in Clause 10 hereof .）
