?（１１）保險：按發(fā)票１１０％保全險及戰(zhàn)爭險。由客戶自理。

?（１２）買方須于＿＿年＿＿月＿＿日前開出本批交易信用證，否則，售方有權：不經(jīng)通知取消本合同，或接受買方對本約未執(zhí)行的全部或一部，或?qū)σ虼嗽馐艿膿p失提出索賠。

?（１３）單據(jù)：賣方應向議付銀行提供已裝船清潔提單、發(fā)票、中國商品檢驗局或工廠出具的品質(zhì)證明、中國商品檢驗局出具的數(shù)量／重量簽定書；如果本合同按ｃｉｆ條件，應再提供可轉(zhuǎn)讓的保險單或保險憑證。

?（１４）凡以ｃｉｆ條件成交的業(yè)務，保額為發(fā)票價值的１１０％，投保險別以本售貨合同中所開列的為限，買方如要求增加保額或保險范圍，應于裝船前經(jīng)售方同意，因此而增加的保險費由買方負責。

?（１５）質(zhì)量、數(shù)量索賠：如交貨質(zhì)量不符，買方須于貨物到達目的港３０日內(nèi)提出索賠；數(shù)量索賠須于貨物到達目的港１５日內(nèi)提出。對由于保險公司、船公司和其它轉(zhuǎn)運單位或郵政部門造成的損失賣方不承擔責任。

?（１６）本合同內(nèi)所述全部或部份商品，如因????????人力不可抗拒的原因，以致不能履約或延遲交貨，售方概不負責。

?（１７）仲裁：凡因執(zhí)行本合同或與本合同有關事項所發(fā)生的一切爭執(zhí)，應由雙方通過友好方式協(xié)商解決。如果不能取得協(xié)議時，則在中國國際經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易仲裁委員會根據(jù)該仲裁機構的仲裁程序規(guī)則進行仲裁。仲裁決定是終局的，對雙方具有同等約束力。仲裁費用除非仲裁機構另有決定外，均由敗訴一方負擔。仲裁也可在雙方同意的第三國進行。
